how to make subforums
I was wondering about how to make subforums...I tried checking the faq, but I'm not doing it right for some reason. For example, the forum that I'm co-moderating is dedicated to a particular celeb and there is a multimedia forum for media files of this particular celeb; however, I want to make a subforum where all the members can share other media files besides ones relating to this celeb. Thanks in advance for your help.
also, how do I put in separaters? like line separators between a stick topic and the rest of non-sticky topics...I tried the suggestion from the faq, but it's not working either. Thanks again

There is no way of drawing a line between sticky and non-sticky topics, unfortunately.
There are also no subforums below the forum level. Just to make it clear, this is the hierarchy on Runboard boards:
Board (such as The Runboard Directory)
Forum (such as FAQ and Help)
Topic (such as "how to make subforums")
Post (this reply)
