Re: Morning!
GOOD FRIDAY APRIL 12th MY FRIENDS!
So yesterday afternoon I finished up trimming my rose bushes. We had such cold weather that until they started to get new leaves we could not tell what got froze and what was still good. I now have another 30 gallon garbage can full of rose clippings and a few scars to show for it. LOL Roses, always WIN! Today washing up all the bedding and letting my back take it's ease..

Re:
Afternoon fellow Runboarders. Hope your Friday is off to a good start. I can't wait for the work day to be over. It's been a long one. Here's to Yuri Gagarin, a very brave man.
Today is Russian Cosmonaut Day!
Russian astronaut Yuri Gagarin became the first man in space on April 12, 1961 aboard Vostok 1. He spent 108 minutes in space. This day was decreed by the USSR's Supreme Council on April 9th, 1962.
This flight marked the beginning of the space race. While Russia (then the USSR), put the first man in space, The United States went on to be the first to put a man on the moon.

Re:
Morning everyone. Rushing to pop in and visit before the dreaded downtime hits.
I'm off in a bit to run errands then I'll be back to play, and do laundry.
Today is Scrabble Day!
Scrabble Day celebrates the popular board game. It's been popular around the world ever since. People young and old enjoy this game.
Scrabble was created in 1938 by Alfred Mosher Butts. It is sold by Hasbro, Inc.
It's very easy to celebrate Scrabble Day. Just get out the old board game, dust it off, and play a few rounds with family or friends.

Re:
Good Morning World!
I am sitting here waiting for Runboard to have its maintenance. I want to see when it happens. Then I am going to move some furniture around and read my book.

Re:
Good Morning everyone. Hope your Sunday is off to a good start. Happy to have Runboard back.
Today is Look Up at the Sky Day. It is a fun day to check out what's up there. 'Ya never know what might be going on up there. An asteroid or meteor may be on it's way. A solar eclipse could be on display. A flock of geese or birds may be over head (you may need to duck for cover). Or, the clouds may be forming into interesting characters and patterns.
Take a few minutes out from your busy day to look up at the sky today. If nothing else, the break from the routine will be relaxing.
Nothing so needs reforming as other people's habits. ~Mark Twain

Re: Morning!
GOOD MONDAY MY FRIENDS!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. We did pretty good. Hubby and I build and covered a new valance for our new vertical blinds. I've always hated those plastic ones that come with them. Had to run all over Boise on Saturday looking for the right fabric. LOL Then Sunday was cleaning and straighten up the yard. Got the city canal water system going, so now we can have water on our lawns and then had Mom and Dad over for dinner and watched some bull riding and baseball. All in all a good one.

Re:
Morning everyone. Just popping in before I head off to work. Hope all my runboard friends have a great day!
Today is National Cheeseball Day!
National Cheeseball Day is a day to stuff yourself with cheeseballs. But wait!!! What kind of cheeseball are we talking about? There's the light and airy, puffy cheeseball that you munch on for a snack by the dozens. There is also the cheeseball, often decorated with nuts, that sits on a party tray until spread on a cracker. Is this a celebration derived from the snack industry, or the dairy industry?
When it comes to the cheeseball snack, we are certain that you can't eat just one. Not even a handful. Cheeseballs are addicting. Place a bowl of cheeseballs on the counter, and watch them disappear right before your eyes. Toddlers and young kids are Cheeseball hounds. So are teenagers and adults. In other words, everyone lives cheeseballs.
The cheeseballs of holiday trays is equally loved. Strangely, it is wildly popular around the holidays and hard to find other times of year.
Celebrate today with cheeseballs (both kinds). Serve them after dinner during your favorite Television show, or whenever its convenient.
Middle age is when your age starts to show around your middle. ~Bob Hope

Re: Morning!
Good Wednesday My friends!
Well, yesterday managed to get all Mom's problem Spring cleaning spots taken care of. Then came home, and sealed the grout on our back splash. Had to let it cure first.
Now today, we need to get the RV back to the DMV to have the States Inspector, check the Vin number herself, as the original paperwork someone transposed two letters in the middle. She only works in this DMV from 9 am to 11 am on Wednesday. So hubby has to take time off work to get there.
Hopefully this will workout. Though the tags for this sucker are going to cost a ton...*faints*
Then I may take down my living room curtains, and dust up there. My new vertical blinds should be coming in today. Still need to build another Valence like the one we did over the slider door.
Other than that....fairly easy day.
Hope you all have a good one.
