Are you talking about where this board has this at the bottom of the main page?
Administrators: Firlefanz, Rimmer
Moderators: Drago Lordist, Joshin Josh, sertab
To change the word "Administrators" and "Moderators" to something else, you change it in your Custom Language Set, where it says...

forum_list_moderators
