how do I change the color of the seporators? thanks

Go to Control panel>Board Management>Edit layout /colors of your board.
Move down the page until you see 'Forum list table separator background color :'
Click the 'Chart' button to the right of the box and pick a colour from the palette that is displayed.
Head down to the bottom of the page and click the 'Submit new layout' button.
When you return to your board, it's a good idea to refresh the screen to be sure the changes take effect.

Yours Separator Images are Located in youe Custom CSS.
Go To Board Management/Edit Colors theme/ Custom Css.
The Separator Image you have now is http://img.runboard.com/img/layouts/impaqt_1/separator.gif
Replace all those images in your custom css with the separator image of your choice.
