How do I add post rank images instead of plain text to my board? Can anyone help me with that?

I put them right at the end of the Custom CSS code but it shouldn't matter where you put them in the CSS area.
If they are not working, it's probably for a different reason.

Yes.
If you put this in CSS:
.star4{ background: url(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v37/blessedmoon/FEELING.gif) no-repeat bottom left; width: 102px; height: 37px;
overflow: hidden;
}
And then this in 'Define user levels' for Level 150
Member<div class="star4"> </div>
Members at 150 level will get  under their usernames.

Onslaught only used your images as an example to try and illustrate his question. He's Turkish and they wouldn't suit his purposes.
We discourage people from using images that aren't their own.
