Premium user but one of my boards has ads
I've been a premium user for some time now, but I noticed that out of four of my message boards, the oldest board I have still has ads on it.

Nevermind that last post. The ads are still there, just not when I'm (the admin of my board) logged in. If a member logs in, or if the person is not logged in, the ads still show. I'm a premium user, I paid for that board not to have any ads, so why am I getting them?
Quickly becoming a very unsatisfied customer.

Even when my members ARE logged in, they see the ads. Did I only pay so that the administrator can't see the ads?

You have a premium account and a Premium board? Premium Boards and accounts are too different things.. Differences Between Premium Membership and A Premium Board

Paying for Premium User means that you won't see ads on any board you visit.
Paying for Premium Board Views means that your board won't show ads for anyone.
I hope that makes things more clear.
